Louisiana Fried Striper
Preparation: 20 minutes
Number of Servings: As many as needed
1 box Zatarain’s Seasoned Fish-Fri
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 large jar lemon pepper
Vegetable or peanut oil
Coat fillets with mustard and roll in a mixture of Zatarain’s, lemon pepper, and cayenne pepper (to taste—this stuff can be hot!). Fry fish in hot oil until golden brown.
